Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately at info@raymixin.com. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, unless faulty:

  • Opened personal care or hygiene products (e.g., beauty products)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before purchasing.

Returns Shipping

  • Non-faulty returns: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless we provide a prepaid return label.

  • Faulty or damaged items: RayMixin will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a return label with instructions.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 14 calendar days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at info@raymixin.com.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU consumer protection rules. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
